Lifting the joists off the base allows water to flow unhindered beneath them, minimalizing debris build-up. The rubber pad on the underside of the cradle also offers an acoustic benefit to help reduce sound transfer. Adjustable to allow the joist to be raised off the base from 10-40mm. The self-levelling head ensures easier, faster and more stable installations, even on sloped surfaces. Their smart design allows pipework and services to be laid beneath Millboard, while also improving breathability and reducing rot which can affect roof timbers or a timber subframe. The pedestals are available in five adjustable sizes from 40-210mm, while a 100mm extension collar provides for greater heights.
